Demitasse is a fictional creamery founded in Chicago IL by Alex Lorraine. As a native of France he wanted to bring back a piece of his home when he moved to Chicago, which can be seen in the architecture of the store, the packaging design, and the product flavors themselves.  Demitasse Creamery sells both brewed coffee and beans. The whole beans are offered in three naturally flavored varieties; Almond Praline, Marshmallow Mocha, and Gingerbread. What's better than coffee? Coffee and ice cream of course! The ice cream is offered in three delicious flavors including; Raspberry Charlotte, Chocolate Religieuse, and Pistachio Macaron.
